This combo tour mixes magic and murder as you follow the paths of two of Britain's most famous characters! First, discover Harry Potter’s London on the ultimate wizard walking tour, full of iconic film locations and amazing sights. You’ll meet your fun Potter-head guide and a small group of fellow fans at iconic King’s Cross Station, home to Platform 9 ¾, before setting off on your magical city tour See the narrow streets, famous bridges and tiny shops where scenes from your favourite films were shot, stop by the theatre where the renowned Potter stage show is performed, visit the heart of UK cinema at lively Leicester Square, and so much more!! Along the way, your guide will share stories and fun facts about Potter’s London that will delight fans young and old! Then, as evening comes, explore the dark streets of London’s Victorian East End to visit the sites where Jack the Ripper left his victims. We'll also trace the last-known locations of these victims before their tragic fate!

    Itinerario

    1. King's Cross

      After meeting your guide and fellow Potter fans, head inside this beautiful old station - home of Platform 9 ¾ where the journey to Hogwarts begins! Want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley? Queues can be big so we recommend arriving 45mins before the tour starts - we won't have time during the tour itself.

    2. Walk down this beautiful old London street, full of colourful independent shops with overhanging signs - just like a famous magical shopping street in Harry Potter. Great for Photos!

    3. Tiptoe your way through a dark and mysterious street that big Harry Potter fans will recognise immediately. Keep your voices low so as not to disturb the dark arts....

    4. Palace Theatre

      Next, we'll stop by at the famous theatre where the Potter world hits the Stage with the world-renowned Cursed Child Theatre Show. Get your camera ready for pictures with the iconic Harry Potter Sign.

    5. Leicester Square

      Get your photos with the Harry Potter Statue and see the heart of UK cinema, where world premieres of your favourite movies are shown!

    6. Westminster

      Take a stroll through Westminster to see many filming locations from the Potter movies - you’ll be amazed to see these familiar places in real life!

    7. Borough Market

      The tour continues on to vibrant Borough Market - one of London's best food markets and also home to filming locations for the Leaky Cauldron and Third Hand Emporium!

    8. London Bridge

      We'll finish the Harry Potter tour near to London Bridge, and along the way you'll spot some familiar film locations and sights that inspired JK Rowling's wizarding universe!

    9. Royal Observatory Greenwich

      After your Harry Potter tour ends, you'll have some free time to make your way to the Whitechapel Gallery where your Jack the Ripper tour begins! You guide can give directions - it is around 20mins walk or 10mins on public transport

    10. Whitechapel

      Meeting your new group and expert Ripper guide at Whitechapel Gallery, you'll set off on a grizzly tour of Whitechapel to view the sites where Jack the Ripper murdered his victims. Along the way, see where the victims were before they were murdered and learn about the clues police discovered - see if you can solve the crime!

    We meet in front of the stairs leading up to the Parcel Yard (next to the Platform 9 3/4 Harry Potter shop inside King's Cross Station) The guide will be standing there holding a sign or waving a wand.

    • Please show your booking confirmation to your walking tour guides. Both tours will commence on time : so please do not be late! At the end of your Harry Potter tour you will need to make your own way to Whitechapel for the Ripper tour. You will have roughly 30mins in between tours so we recommend heading to Monument Underground station and travelling to Algate East (roughly 5mins journey) We won’t be able to answer our cell phones once the tour has started. It is essential that you arrive 10 minutes before the start and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund due to lateness or delay. Please use a journey planner to ensure you leave enough time to get to the starting point. Note: Want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley? Queues can be big so we recommend arriving 45mins before the tour starts - we won't have time during the tour itself.
