Luggage is unloaded, and the passenger is assisted as needed. The customer may be asked to confirm the service was completed satisfactorily. If it’s an airport drop-off, the driver ensures the customer reaches the correct terminal. 6. Feedback & Follow-Up The customer may receive a follow-up message requesting feedback. If payment was not prepaid, the final amount is settled with the driver as cash. The transfer company logs the service as completed and prepares for future bookings.
