    • All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.
    • Limited wheelchair accessibility - please contact the tour operator 24 hours in advance. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
    • There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour.
    • The bus cannot wait for late-arriving participants.
    • There is no assigned seating on the bus, and it's first come, first serve.

    • • For emergencies regarding your tour, whilst in New York City, please call On Location Tours on +1-212-683-2027 • Please be ready at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time - look for the blue On Location Tours flag and the bus. • It is your responsibility to be on time as buses are unable to wait for anyone not on board at departure time. • Tour departs in front of Ellen's Stardust Diner on 51st Street, at the corner of Broadway • if you book from June 1st to July 31st and your ticket includes free transportation (FIFA Special Private Tour at 10AM) please message supplier with details about your pickup location.
