We meet in front of “Café le Nemours” on Place Colette. The nearest metro station is Palais Royal, be sure to take exit 5 “Place Colette“. As you come out of the metro exit, turn around and you will see Café le Nemours. Our guide will be there holding a company sign.

• Museum tickets are timed and non-refundable. Pre-reserved tickets guarantee access to the Pyramid within half an hour of the time shown on the ticket
• Due to restrictions, parties of 6 or more people may be split into different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point.
• Strikes at the Louvre may happen, and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, there will not be a refund.
• Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
• Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Tickets can only be used once. You will not be able to get back in if you leave one of the museum wings.
• Please remember to bring valid identification documents with you, considering monument entrances and security checks within the city.
• Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

Your guide will have a sign that has the logo of Walks In Europe. • All customers will have to go through security to enter the Louvre. This line may be long in high season. • Due to restrictions of the museum, the total number of people in each group is limited to 6. There is a possibility of splitting into different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point so that each guide has 6 people only. • Strikes at the Louvre may happen, and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, there will not be a refund.
