   We do not go inside the Castle (segways can't go there), but we will show you several views of the Castle from outside. If you going on eScooter or Trikes we can stop in 100 meters from the main gate. But Segways cant reach this spot because of local restrictions.

• We use comfortable mini-bus to transfer our customers from the office to the starting point and back.
• Planning your day, please make sure to add approx. 30 extra minutes for doing this activity.
• Helmets are mandatory. We provide all the helmet sizes
• The minimum age is 7 years. The minimum weight to participate is 35 kg/77 lbs

• The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport :) Please bring your ID or passport (or it's copy in mobile). We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. If you have any questions feel free to call us +420 724 280 838 In case of light rain (less than 1 mm per hour), suitable rain ponchos will be provided and the tour will run as planned. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-shows without any option for moving to another time slot or refund. Please note that the last 30 min before the tour we do only checks in on spot, we do not reply to the messages in Viator messenger, whatsapp etc.
