La Grande Moschea di Sheikh Zayed è una delle moschee più grandi del mondo e un'imponente opera d'arte architettonica che fonde intenzionalmente diverse scuole architettoniche islamiche. Presenta 82 cupole, più di 1.000 colonne, lampadari dorati in oro 24 carati e il tappeto annodato a mano più grande del mondo. La sala di preghiera principale è dominata da uno dei lampadari più grandi del mondo. Lo Sheikh Zayed Grand è l'ottavo più grande del mondo e può ospitare 40.000 pellegrini contemporaneamente. È pieno di meraviglie architettoniche, lampadari spettacolari, mosaici floreali e manufatti in oro e argento. Un meraviglioso ed enorme tappeto adorna il pavimento della moschea. Il tappeto misura ben 35 tonnellate e misura 60.570 piedi quadrati. È un tappeto iraniano e ci sono voluti quasi due anni per tesserlo.
