• For those starting the Tour from the Airport The specified touring time starts from the moment you meet your driver in the arrival. we monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed then we will send in your driver accordingly and you will not lose any touring time. We will contact you soon after your flights. Once you are in the arrival hall, your chauffeur will greet you, assist you with the luggage (unless your luggage has been transferred to the next flight) and then take you on your London Tour.
