Avenida da Liberdade has always been an invitation to take a stroll along its beautiful Portuguese pavement, lined with striking buildings full of soul, due to their unique and outstanding architecture. The Avenue has gardens that cross it with trees, plants, and kiosks that invite us to take a break, water fountains of romantic inspiration that take us back to the 19th century, Further up, already at the top of one of the hills, we also visit the Príncipe Real neighborhood. One of the most charismatic neighborhoods in the city is an excellent temporal, historical and aesthetic connection with the Avenida da Liberdade. There, cosmopolitan and contemporary life unites with historical cultural heritage, elegance and charm. The Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara
The Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara is one of the largest and most iconic observation points in Lisbon. It’s right next to the top of the Elevador da Glória and offers a special panorama of the city. From here you can see all of the Avenida da Liberdade, Restauradores and Baixa, besides the Castelo de São Jorge.
