The easiest access is a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, the red line (C) - Vyšehrad. After leaving the station, walk up the staircase. Pass the Prague Congress Centre on your left. Continue to Na Bučance Street and along the ramparts of the Vyšehrad Castle on your right.
