Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel responsibility.
• To confirm a booking the following details are mandatory for all the participants: First Name – Last Name – A valid mobile phone number (*that shall be able to receive communication while in Italy) – Email address (*that the client is able to check while in Italy) In the event, that one or more details are missing, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.
• It is mandatory to present an original identity document.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
• UFFIZI: Adults (18+): €29.00, Reduced Rate (18–25 EU): €2.00, and Free (0–17): €0.00. Additional fees ticket purchase, agency booking fees, customer service and mobile audio guide.
• The museum ticket has a fixed entry time that cannot be changed after booking.
• Official Admission to the Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze: Adult (26+) € 20.00 | Reduced (age 18-25 EU Citizens) € 2.00 | Free (under 18; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket). Additional fees cover ticket purchase, agency booking fees, customer service and mobile audio guide.

If the option "Accademia & Uffizi with APP" is selected: -Accademia Gallery meeting point at 08:15 am in Via Ricasoli, at the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti.
