• Flight: Absolute maximum weight limit is 130 kg (286 lbs) (passengers over 130 kg cannot fly on specific helicopter models)
• Helicopter Capacity: Up to 3 passengers on the coastal route, or up to 5–6 passengers on city routes.
• Sailing Capacity: Maximum of 11 guests per shared cruise.
• Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Weight Restrictions (Strict Aviation Requirement): Maximum weight per traveler is 110 kg (242 lbs). Travelers weighing between 110 kg and 130 kg (242–286 lbs) are required to book an additional seat to balance aircraft payload and safety limits. Passengers exceeding 130 kg (286 lbs) cannot participate due to specific helicopter operational capacity limits (not permitted on R44 models)
• Age & Infant Policy: Minimum age to fly is 2 years old. Children under 3 years old must sit directly adjacent to a supervising parent or guardian during the flight
• Heart & Serious Medical Conditions: Not recommended for travelers with severe cardiac conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, respiratory difficulties, or recent major surgery.
• Pregnancy: Not recommended for travelers in late-stage pregnancy (typically over 28–32 weeks) or those with pregnancy-related complications due to vibration, cabin pressure changes, and unpredictable boat motion
