   Arrive at our shop at the time of your reservation to collect your skip-the-line tickets. Our address is Vicolo del Farinone 23. How to get there: From St. Peter’s Square, walk under the right-hand colonnade (when facing the Basilica). Vicolo del Farinone is the first street after the arch. Look for the Gyash Tours sign.

   Our staff will provide you with clear instructions and a map to help you reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums (approximately 10–15 minutes walking distance). We’ll explain the best route to avoid confusion and ensure a smooth arrival.

• A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
• Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
• Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
• Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
• Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.
• Children from 0 to 6 years free

• Disabled visitors can enter freely with a valid ID/passport and a disability card showing a disability level of over 74%.
• Saturday, January 3, January 9, 2026 The Sistine Chapel will close to the public from 2:00 PM, with last entrance at 1:00 PM. Saturday, January 10, 2026 The Sistine Chapel will close to the public from 12:00 PM, with last entrance at 11:00 AM.
• We inform you that from January 12 to March 31, extraordinary maintenance work will take place on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel. For this reason, scaffolding will be installed and will cover the entire wall during this period.

• Please exchange your Viator voucher for the official entry ticket at our meeting point located at Vicolo del Farinone 23, Rome. Directions: From Ottaviano metro station (Line A), walk along Via Ottaviano towards Piazza Risorgimento, then turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. After entering Piazza San Pietro, take the first left into Vicolo del Farinone. The address number 23 will be on your left-hand side.
