This is a 3-hour private walking tour where you will see the very best sights of Westminster before entering the spectacular Palace of Westminster – home to the UK Parliament and with over 1000 years of history! We start in Green Park & then head to Westminster. Along the way, your local London guide will show you sights including Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, The London Eye and Parliament Square. During June and July, you can even see the Changing of the Guard (10am tour & certain days only)! After your walking tour, you’ll enter the famous Palace of Westminster – home to the House of Commons and the House of Lords, the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The multimedia guide contains both audio commentary and video content in a range of languages to choose from, allowing you to go at your own pace for 90 minutes to explore this historic palace.
After a stroll through lovely Green Park, we reach Buckingham Palace - official home of the King! Your guide will tell stories of British Royal history as you admire this beautiful Palace. On certain days you can watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, and your guide will find the perfect viewing spot! Afterward, walk along the Royal Mall.
