• Exchange your voucher for the tickets at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Number), next to Carrefour Supermarket. You will be assisted by our staff members.
• It will not be possible to use the Accademia tickets after 45 minutes from the time you booked it.
• During periods of high visitor traffic, your admission may be delayed.
• The bell tower can only be accessed on a contingent basis. The climb consists of over 400 steps and is not recommended for pregnant women and people with a heart condition or respiratory diseases, vertigo, claustrophobia. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Appropriate clothing is required for a place of worship: access is not permitted with bare legs and shoulders, wearing sandals or hats.
• Luggage or large bags are not permitted in the cathedral complex; these may be left at the baggage check inside the Cathedral museum.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• Exchange your voucher for the tickets at The Florence Specialist office via Ricasoli 119r, 50 meters from the Accademia Gallery entrance (off the corner of Piazza San Marco). You will be assisted by our staff members.
