For cheese lovers, this tour is the perfect way to enjoy Amsterdam. Begin with a 2.5-hour walking tour through the historic streets of the city center, guided by an expert who reveals how a small muddy village on the Amstel grew into Europe’s leading trading hub. Along the way, hear captivating stories about prostitution, drug decriminalization, and the city’s darkest chapters during the Nazi occupation. The experience continues with a 1-hour cheese tasting at the prestigious Old Amsterdam shop, where you’ll sample five varieties of Gouda paired with carefully selected wines.
