Celebrate Nilsson: The Songs and Story of Harry Nilsson

Об этом занятии

Celebrate Nilsson is an intimate concert portrait of Harry Nilsson - his songs, that voice, the strange and funny stories, and the music he never took on the road - presented and performed by Ernie Savage, who knew him in Nyack, New York. One performer, on piano, guitar and voice. Harry never toured. His songs have lived on records for over fifty years, and almost no one has heard them performed live. This show presents them in their original singer/songwriter form: one artist, one room, with you and your guests looking on. Ernie Savage is a New York-based singer/songwriter and television composer with credits for NBC, PBS and Nickelodeon, and more than 35 years performing in Manhattan's storied rooms. This is the only Harry Nilsson show built on firsthand accounts. Celebrating a birthday or anniversary? Mention it when you book and Ernie will dedicate a song to your guest of honor.
