Your private driver will pick you up at your Ship's dock and bring you directly to the meeting with your guide in Rome. You will enter the Vatican Museums overflowing with masterpieces by many of Italy’s most important Italian artists. Giotto, Bernini, Caravaggio, Raphael, Botticelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio and many others sit alongside important works from Ancient Greece and Rome. You will walk through famous galleries such as the tapestries and maps ones. You will learn the secrets of The Sistine Chapel, with its enormous Michelangelo’s frescoes. Here you will have time to observe the details of his sublime “Last Judgment”. NOTE: On Wednesday morning, due to the papal audience, the Basilica might be closed. In this case, the explanation will be given from outside. For LUNCH: In case of allergies or specific diets, the restaurant will welcome different requests, preferably in advance at the moment of the booking. Lunch includes water. Any extra to be paid directly on the spot.

• WHEELCHAIRS, WALKERS AND STROLLERS: We suggest avoiding strollers and using a baby sling instead. Like wheelchairs and walkers, strollers are not allowed in the passage from the Sistine Chape directly to the Basilica ( 50 steps downward and 50 upwards). The tour can continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs. Nevertheless you will see St. Peter's Square and the guide will explain the Basilica from the ourside. Also, note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair.
• Kindly note that the tour might start with the Colosseum or with the Vatican, depending on tickets' availability and other variants.
• ST. PETER'S BASILICA TICKETS: Please note that the Basilica stops selling skip-the-line tickets 3 days before the date. Therefore, you will not be able to skip the line directly from the Sistine Chapel to the Basilica. Nevertheless, if the lines are reasonable, the guide will be happy to get you in. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, which goes beyond our control. Instead of the Basilica tickets, according to availability, we will buy you skip-the-line tickets to the Pantheon, trusting that you will be pleased.

Your guide will! -Only small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed -Cover shoulders and knees inside the Sistine and Churches, a scarf is OK -Pantheon visit from the outside; if lines are reasonable, you can buy entrance tickets (on the spot € 5,00 each) -Take photos for personal use everywhere, except in the Sistine Chapel and of the Swiss Guards -Guides cannot skip metal detectors - Basilica and Sistine might close without previous notice - Basilica: Your guide will explain all the features outside. You can take pictures (no flash) in a peaceful atmosphere while the guide waits outside for you The Vatican does not allow delays to entrance time slots.
