Guests will visit the market with me with a brief history of the place and local traditions, the origin of the products and the choice of quality, we will choose the products that we will use in the kitchen.
The meeting point is Piazza Lorenzo Ghiberti intersection via della mattonaia where the Market is located. Choice of products for cooking, travel with my car towards my house, cooking class and lunch. After lunch the guests will be accompanied back to Florence to the meeting point
