Begin your adventure at the Pitti Palace ticket office (Piazza Pitti 1), where you’ll exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket. Then enter the Boboli Gardens through the main gate — currently the only accessible entrance due to safety regulations. Although the audio content inside the gardens is brief, the walking tour through Florence’s storied streets is immersive and rich with the city’s history and beauty. After exploring the gardens, take a self-guided stroll through Florence’s stunning landmarks. The optional digital guide features maps, photos, scripts, and audio commentary covering must-see points across the city.
