    Istanbul - Pamukkale Tour

    1. Our service starting with your departure transfer. Your driver will be pick you up from lobby or in front or nearby the your Airbnb if it is available for parking. If it is not, we will inform you meeting point.

      We need to arrange early flight from Istanbul to not miss any visits during the tour. Pick up is between 03:30am-04:30am, depends of location. Our team will inform the exact pick up time when we booked your flight tickets.

    2. Upon your arrival Denizli/Pamukkale airport, you will meet with your driver in front of exit gate of arrival terminal in airport, driver will hold a sign with your name.

      Then, drive to Pamukkale - approx 1 hour from airport.

    1. Meet with your guide at the Kusadsı Port and drive to Ephesus. Please, check out hotel in the morning and take your luggages with your. After tour, you will be transfer to airport for Cappaodia Flight.

    1. Optional - Hot Air Balloon Tour

      Get ready for a unique wonderful experience in Cappadocia! We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning (depending on the location of your hotel) and transfer you to the balloon site where you will have the opportunity to watch the balloon being prepared for its flight while enjoying a light breakfast snack; preparation time is generally 15 to 20 minutes. Your flight will begin at sunrise, where your pilot will ascend to a comfortable altitude of approximately 700 to 1000 meters above ground level. It is from this elevation that you will marvel at the beauty of Cappadocia below you. During certain segments of the flight, our pilots are also able to fly as low as 1 meter above rock formations, allowing you to take perfect pictures. The standard flight has a total of 60 fascinating minutes. There will be a champagne celebration at the end of the flight and you will be given a Flight Certificate, signed by your pilot.     • Hot air balloon tour is up to weather condition for your safe. The Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip. Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride. We are getting confirmation about the flights from Civil Aviation Authority, one day ago. That sitiuation can not be reason for full refund or complaints.
    • Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
    • Please, let us know during the booking, If you request the vegeterian meals or specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
    • Child rates valid only when child sharing with 2 paying adults. If you will be 1 adult + 1 child, subject the charge full amounts of 2 adults.
