Enjoy Gözleme, a hand-rolled stuffed flatbread cooked to perfection, followed by Çiğ Köfte, a spicy bulgur-based delicacy packed with bold flavors. We continue with classics like Mantı, tiny dumplings topped with garlic yogurt and spices, and Tantuni, a deliciously seasoned meat wrap from southern Turkey. Of course, no visit is complete without trying a Dürüm Kebab, filled with tender döner meat wrapped in soft lavash.
