Learn the story of Lisbon through its gastronomy on a three hour walking tour with food tastings. This tour is a unique way to discover Lisbon through the flavors and history of its restaurants, cafes, small taverns and grocery stores. We'll give voice to chefs, grocers, cooks, true experts of well serving food art. We'll keep in mind the main aspects of the Mediterranean diet, now listed as a UNESCO heritage: fresh, local and seasonal produce, olive oil as the main fat for cooking; coexistence among the people at the table.
