• The prices are based on 1 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 1 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 1 to 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
• As the castle is an active private residence, it may occasionally be closed to visitors at short notice. If, for any reason, the castle is closed on your travel date, we can arrange an alternative stop at either Stonehenge or Windsor Castle. Please note that any changes must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours before your travel date.

• One per booking
• This service does not include admission tickets to Highclere Castle. This must be purchased and pre-booked before visiting Highclere Castle, you will not be allowed on the ground if you do not have a pre-booked ticket. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 02089355116.  This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Highclere Castle. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked. If you're travelling with a collapsible wheelchair, please note this is counted as one piece of large luggage.
