Treat yourself to an exquisite private French wine- and cheese-tasting experience in Paris! Get an authentic taste of life in Paris and begin your French culinary experience. Your friendly host, a fully trained oenologist (an expert in winemaking), will make you feel at home and teach you all about wine and cheese pairing. As you savor four different wines, learn about the art of wine tasting, the different varieties of grapes used in the winemaking process, and how to use your sense of sight, smell and taste to fully appreciate the flavors. You’ll also sample three different varieties of French cheeses. Your expert host will explain how different types of cheese are categorized by their rinds, such as floral rind cheese, like Camembert and Brie, and hard rind cheese, like Emmental and Comté.
