   Bois de Boulogne

   We'll pick you up at 8.00am at your accommodation and head to Champagne region in a luxury Mercedes van with your wine certified guide(WSET level 3, level 4 in progress); he will stay with you all day long. While driving, your guide introduces the agenda and gets some information from you to make sure your day will be tuned according to your expectations.

   First visit will be at a family owned independant winemaker:

   You will have a chance to discover the work and spirit of an independent winemaker, winemaker for the sixth generation. They have a unique story to tell, a terroir to share, and the fine bubbles of their labor to make you taste. You will discover a real french winemaker, the vineyards that are closed to their estate, the process to produce Champagne, the production site and the cellar. You will taste three cuvées (different Champagnes) with explanation on what makes the difference between the three.

   We will have a promenade in the vineyard and discover the most beautiful panoramas of Champagne.

   Your wine certified guide will give a presentation of the terroir and the vegetative cycle of the vine and will answer your questions.

   We will head to Reims, twenty minutes driving accross typical Champagne landscapes through scenic drive, stil with your wine certified guide.

   You will have lunch in a bistronomic restaurant. You will enjoy a fine french cuisine. Table will be booked for lunch which is not included in the price (20 to 40 €). You will discover some of the most prestigious Champagne houses located in Reims: Ruinart, Taittinger, Pommery, Charles Heidsieck ... Your wine certified guide will share history and stories about all these famous Champagne houses.

   Visit Veuve Clicquot:

   Dive into the Gallo-Roman cellars of one of the most prestigious Champagne house, dug between the 4th and 15th centuries where vintages are refined, sometimes centuries old. You will be guided by Veuve Clicquot guide. You will taste two cuvées (different Champagnes). Take some time to discover Veuve Clicquot's boutique and bring back home some souvenirs.
