   Enjoy an exciting visit through art and religion in one of the world's most magnificent museums. Wander through the Vatican Museums with your private guide and get to visit the Greek Cross Gallery and its wonderful ancient sarcophagi, then tour the Sala degli Animali to see a virtual menagerie of fantastic beasts, real and imagined. Walk the Upper Galleries, including the enchanting Gallery of Maps, to see how cartographers depicted the world through the ages. Marvel at Raphael Rooms and look at enchanting frescoes such as "The school of Athens" and "The deliverance of Saint Peters", then, rest for a while in the Borgia Apartments.

• St. Peter's Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this happens, we are happy to offer clients an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. Although we try to notify tour groups in advance if disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours are planned, this is not always possible and in such cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
• On Wednesdays, due to Papal Audiences, access to St. Peter's Basilica won't be possible until 1 p.m.
• You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking
