Thanks to our Tasting Notebook which will guide you during the tasting, you will learn to recognize and evaluate wine in all its aspects. Everything takes place in an exclusive-use location that recalls ancient Rome, where the protagonists are wine labels, rigorously selected, and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.
