Guns, deportations, bombs, tortures, starvation, spies, heroes, this is Roma during the winter of the 1944. The Eternal City lived the worst nightmare ever lived in the last five hundreds years. The city and its milion inhabitants got stuck between bombardments of the Allies and the executions and the brutality of the Nazi occupation. Let's walk where the young and resolute members of the "Resistenza" killed 33 Nazi in the famous Via Rasella attack. Let's try to get their will of redemption, their desire of freedom. The tour goes then into the macabre Prison of Via Tasso, where those young fighters, once arrested, were restricted in inhuman conditions and submitted to the most ferocious tortures.
