The journey Once aboard the vehicle, the driver will take you to your destination in the best possible conditions. The ride will be comfortable and secure. The driver will make sure to follow the fastest and most suitable routes, while taking into account traffic conditions. 5. Arrival at destination Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at the exact agreed location (in front of the hotel, airport, or other destination address). If you have booked transport for a return flight, the driver will be waiting for you at the time indicated for the journey to the airport. 6. Return (if applicable) Airport pick-up for return: The driver will follow your flight to adjust the pick-up time in case of delay. Once arrived, they will meet you in the designated waiting area (often near the baggage exit or at a specific meeting point). The return process follows the same steps as the initial pick-up: get in the vehicle, drive to your destination and drop off at the agreed location. 8. Feedback After your trip, it is possible to leave a review on the quality of the service. Your return is valuable to maintain optimal service.
