We reserve the right to terminate without notice and liability the participation of any rider who is unable to ride the Vespa safely, without a refund. We reserve the right to decide a client’s participation in actual scooter driving, in a client being only a passenger, or to discontinue scooter use at any point of the tour. Any participant unable to drive scooters safely may ride double with a partner, or on the guide’s scooter if available. No refunds will be guaranteed in this case and Tuscany Cycle will be under no obligation whatsoever for any cost incurred. A THIRD-PARTY insurance for civil liability is INCLUDED in the price of the tour. Additional insurance for Vespa damage can be purchased on the day of the tour.
