- The share of bookings that are walking, cycling or public-transport based
- Group sizes at sites with known over-tourism pressure
What we ask of operators
- No activities involving captive wild animals or elephant riding
- Written commitments on group size at protected sites
- Local guides paid at or above the regional benchmark
Where we fall short
Long-haul flights dominate the footprint of most trips and we do not control them. We can help travellers make a shorter trip a better one.
