   Colosseum

   Colosseum, giant amphitheater built in Rome under the Flavian emperors .It is located just east of the Palatine Hill, on the grounds of what was Nero’s Golden House. The Colosseum was the scene of thousands of hand-to-hand combats between gladiators, of contests between men and animals, and of many larger combats.

   Roman Forum

   Roman Forum, most important forum in ancient Rome, situated on low ground between the Palatine and Capitoline hills. The Roman Forum was the scene of public meetings, law courts, and gladiatorial combats in republican times and was lined with shops and open-air markets.

   Palatine Hill

   The original city of Romulus was built upon Palatine Hill .Legend has it that the twins Romulus and Remus were taken to Palatine Hill by the she-wolf who raised them, and here they founded a village which would become Rome.

If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
