The Arc du Carrousel is a small triumphal arch located just west of the Louvre, at the entrance to the Tuileries Garden. Built by Napoleon Bonaparte to celebrate his military victories, it features marble columns, detailed sculptures, and a chariot with four horses on top. Today, it’s a charming landmark and a perfect spot to enjoy views of the Louvre, the Tuileries, and the historic Parisian axis.
