I’m a chef, and I’ll show you what to look for. You’ll taste, compare and learn to talk about macarons like a food critic. All tastings included. We begin at Ladurée, the legendary Parisian macaron house. This is your benchmark. Then discover a macaron maker known as the “Picasso of macarons,” with creations such as olive oil or cucumber. Next, enter the world of a Michelin-awarded chef. Then comes something unexpected: Korea! Try matcha, wasabi or black sesame and discover a different side of the macaron. Last but not least: a surprise macaron. Next to Sacre Coer Cathedral. Sit down, compare your favorites and make your final judgment.
