You will meet the guide at 10:45 outside Chiesa di San Giacomo di Rialto, Campo San Giacomo, 1, 30125 Venezia (It's a church near the Rialto Bridge. Is not Campo San Giacomo dall' Orio!!).

• One per booking
• At the meeting point, our guides wait for travellers for no more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. It’s not possible to join the group along the way (out of respect for other tour participants: the guide cannot be absent from the rest of the group to talk on the phone). We do not provide any sort of refund for late arrivals or early quits. You must be on time or you may lose the tour.
