• Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
• Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
• Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.
• Children from 0 to 6 years free
• The ticket must be collected at the shop at Vicolo del Farinone 23
• The Vatican reserves up to 40 minutes for the mandatory security checks, which cannot be skipped.

• Please exchange your Viator voucher for the official entry ticket at our meeting point located at Vicolo del Farinone 23, Rome. Directions: From Ottaviano metro station (Line A), walk along Via Ottaviano towards Piazza Risorgimento, then turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. After entering Piazza San Pietro, take the first left into Vicolo del Farinone. The address number 23 will be on your left-hand side. Pickup are not included
