• A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed
• Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
• If you choose to upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your timed entry to the Museum will be scheduled for after the guided walking tour.
• This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
• Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit
• February 2025 – Due to construction, priority boarding is temporarily suspended
• If there are only a few French-speaking or Spanish-speaking guests on the tour, you will be in a tour group with English speakers as well, and will have a bi-lingual guide who will give commentary in either both French and English, or both English and Spanish
• Not recommended for travellers with mobility issues

• MEETING POINT DESCRIPTION: 24 State Street is also known as One Battery Park Plaza. The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets. VOUCHER INFORMATION: This voucher is your ticket for the tour, but not your ticket for the Statue of Liberty ferry. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Tours depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 917-935-4412. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $30 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds. The "Ferry Will Call" window does not have your Statue of Liberty tickets or reservations; only your guide does. If you chose the upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your ticket will be emailed to you the day before your tour from [email protected].
