This is your "Introduction to London" tour whether you're visiting or whether you just want a clearer picture of how the history of England shaped the City. I will take you through the main periods and events of our history and show you something which is connected to them, from London's Roman origins, through the turbulent Middle Ages, and the monumental political and economic shifts that led to the creation of the British Empire, through to the two World Wars and the modern era. We will be going on a loop through the Square Mile, starting and ending near Guildhall, and seeing some of the City Highlights in chronological order.
