Cooking Class in a Beautiful Roman Home: Pasta Tiramisù and Fun

Sobre esta actividad

Learn to make handmade pasta from scratch and discover my secret family recipe for the perfect Tiramisu. Enjoy learning traditional techniques to make pasta starting from simple flour, shaping it by hand into classic varieties like trofie, busiate, and cavatelli. While sipping a Spritz or a glass of wine, I will also teach you how to whip up an authentic Tiramisu using my family's own recipe. After cooking, we will sit down together on my beautiful terrace to enjoy your creations and spend a wonderful time filled with great food, wine, and lively conversation. My name is Giulia, I was born and raised in Rome, and I absolutely love my city. I chose to live in Garbatella —a unique, charming neighborhood— where I am lucky enough to own a penthouse with a stunning terrace. Together, we will enjoy great company, beautiful views, and good chats. If you're interested, I’d love to share insights into the daily life of modern Romans
