• If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
• On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during this period.
• Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
• Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.

• Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone. It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up. Please download the monorail ticket from the dashboard as it would be required for the trip to gateway to Atlantis
