Este recorrido lo llevará a Fátima, uno de los santuarios más importantes de Europa y su santuario, hogar de uno de los centros de peregrinación más grandes del mundo. (Excursiones religiosas) Comenzamos la visita con el famoso santuario mariano, construido alrededor del lugar donde, en 1917, la Virgen María se apareció a tres pequeños pastores. Después de visitar la Basílica donde están enterrados los tres videntes, la Capilla de las Apariciones y la moderna Iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad, es hora de rezar o asistir a una celebración (opcional). Poco después, partiremos hacia Valinhos, el pequeño pueblo donde nacieron los tres pastores jóvenes. The famous Marian Sanctuary of Fatima is without a doubt one of the most important pilgrimage centers in the world. Millions of people come here annually to pay homage to the three shepherd children who witnessed the apparitions of the Virgin Mary in the fields of “Cova da Iria”. Free time to attend Mass (optional), visit the Chapel of the Apparitions where you can see the image of the Virgin Mary. We will also visit the Basilica where we can find the tombs of Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco (the last two were canonized by Pope Francis on May 2017, thus becoming the youngest saints of the Catholic Church). As we continue, we will visit the modern church of the Blessed Trinity of Fatima, which seats 8,633 people and has an area of 40,000 square meters.
