• Participants who wish to consume alcohol must be of legal drinking age in Italy (18). Please bring a government-issued ID if you plan to partake in the wine.
• If you have serious allergies to gluten, shellfish, or nuts, our tours might not be the best fit due to cross-contamination in the kitchen. Please contact us in advance with any special dietary restrictions or allergies so we can do our best to accommodate you during the class.

• This tour involves standing for the hands-on cooking portion and descending stairs into the historic basement. It is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. This experience includes unlimited wine with the meal; participants consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age in Italy (18). Please note wine is not served during the cooking portion of this tour. Please contact us in advance with any special dietary restrictions or allergies so we can do our best to accommodate you during the class. Arrive fifteen minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.
