You will be provided with a private chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to London.  London vehicle tax and airport parking charge is included in the product. All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/She will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information. Passengers can arrange their pickup from any terminal at Heathrow Airport. We also offer drop off service to all the Airport hotels, Air B&B's and private accommodations.  Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class  and fast track passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 , 90 or 120 minutes from flight landing time. We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation. Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. We need passenger  email address or mobile number with international dialing code to be able to communicate with passenger on the day. This information can be add on the "note" or "special requirements" section on the booking form. Entering exact number of passengers on the booking form and checking the suitability of vehicle for the amount of luggage you have prior to booking your transfer, helps us to provide you with a stress free ride to London. Please note, stopping at a second address to collect keys for rental properties may subject to small additional charge depending on the distance between 2 address locations within London. London vehicle tax is included in the price given. Price you are paying is for a vehicle not per person. This service can be used as a departure transfer by providing a pickup address. If you are booking a departure transfer, please mention it on the "note" section. Baby , child seat and booster seat can be purchased with each vehicle. • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
• Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
• Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
• If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 45 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
