   Royal Observatory Greenwich

   Stroll along The Mall, the magnificent tree-lined avenue used for royal processions, coronations and state celebrations. As you walk this famous route, your guide explains the pageantry and traditions that make British royal ceremonies so unique.

   Changing of the Guard

   For the highlight of your tour, head to the historic Royal State Rooms at Buckingham Palace. Only open to the public for a few months a year, this collection of ornate 19th-century salons and galleries will transport you straight to the heart of this storied institution. See the lavish White Drawing Room, Throne Room, and more magnificent spaces still used today by the Royal Family to entertain guests. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the State Rooms at your own pace with the informative audio guide.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at the Queen Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham Palace.
