Explore the Albert Cuyp open air Market and enjoy tastings at 4-5 stops featuring Dutch favorites like fresh stroopwafels, Dutch herring sashimi with pickles, and artisanal cheeses as you learn about local culture. During your 1.5–2-hour food tour, choose Fusina's favorite apples at the market, buy smoked bacon at the local butcher and head to Fusina’s home to make, bake and flip sweet and savory Dutch pancakes - an interactive and delicious finale to your experience.

   After the food and market tour, head to Fusina’s charming home for a fun finale: a Dutch pancake-making session. Learn to prepare both sweet and savory styles - traditionally with apples, and with bacon from southern Dutch pigs, cured and smoked by a local butcher. You’ll cook and enjoy the Dutch pancakes (pannenkoeken) in her cozy kitchen, sipping a glass of Dutch white wine served in vintage crystal glasses passed down from her grandmother. A special toast with Fusina marks the end of this joyful and authentic Amsterdam food experience.
