You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to Central London. This is an all inclusive (London vehicle tax, Airport pickup charge or Airport drop off charge) transfer service. There are no hidden cost. All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/She will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information. Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class  and fast track passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 , 90 or 120 minutes from flight landing time. We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. If passengers think they may need longer time to reach arrival hall for an Airport pickup, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining immigration line so we can keep their driver waiting. Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation. Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel Pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.   Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
• Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
• Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
• If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
• Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
• If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
• If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.

• • Please provide correct flight number so we can monitor your flight for early or delay landing. • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class to send driver after 45 minutes from flight landed time. Economy call passengers have 60 minutes to clear immigration and collect luggage before driver reach the arrival hall. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code.
