• The name provided during booking is final and cannot be changed as per Colosseum rules. To enter, each participant must present an identity document matching the booking name
• The provider is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the Colosseum and Roman Forum because of strikes, union meetings or bad weather
• When you choose our guided tour, please note that admission to the Colosseum Archaeological Park is €18 for adults, while visitors under 18 years of age are entitled to free admission.
• Customers are not charged any booking or pre-sale fees.
• The remaining cost of the experience covers additional services, including a live guide, on-site check-in assistance staff, and a service fee.
• This service fee covers customer support, booking management, and operational management related to your experience.
• (Reduced-price admission (children aged 0–17) can only be purchased together with a full-price admission ticket.
• The venue requires us to collect the first and last name of every visitor. This information is mandatory for booking and gaining access to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum archaeological area. Failure to provide this information will result in denied entry. The name entered at the time of booking is final and cannot be changed, in accordance with Colosseum regulations. To gain access, each participant must present a valid ID matching the name provided in the booking.
• In accordance with the ticket sales conditions, visitors are not required to pay any booking or pre-sale fees.
• Please review the Visitor Regulations on the official Colosseum website and ensure that you accept and comply with all applicable guidelines.

• All participants must present their ID. Due to new security measures, please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. We will not be able to accommodate latecomers.
