Caza de trufas, te permitirá conducir a través de la hermosa campiña toscana llena de viñedos y olivos hasta el punto de encuentro con el cazador de trufas. • Antes de la caza se dará una breve explicación de las normas de caza y del adiestramiento de los perros truferos. • Una vez en el bosque comenzará la búsqueda de la trufa, donde participaréis personalmente en la búsqueda junto con el perro y el cazador. • Para el almuerzo nos trasladaremos a una encantadora bodega donde almorzaremos, degustando un primer plato a base de trufas y productos toscanos. Your licensed driver-guide and trekking guide will pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Florence and take you through the scenic Tuscan countryside—past vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills—to meet your professional truffle hunter. Before entering the woods, you’ll receive a brief introduction to the basic rules of truffle hunting and learn how truffle dogs are trained and how they work in the field. Then the hunt begins. Walk through the forest and actively take part in the search alongside the hunter and the dog, discovering techniques and insights from this ancient Tuscan tradition.

After the hunt, we’ll head to a welcoming Tuscan cellar or winery for a relaxed lunch. You’ll enjoy a first course featuring fresh truffle pasta, paired with a selection of local Tuscan products. During lunch, take part in a guided tasting of three Tuscan wines, with a simple introduction to their main characteristics and styles. Wines may include Chianti, Vernaccia, and a Super Tuscan, depending on season and availability. At the end of the experience, your driver will take you back to Florence.
