Please arrive at Via Tunisi 5A at least 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Check-in is required and must be completed inside the office. Late arrivals or failure to check in on time may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.

• Please arrive at Via Tunisi 5A for your appointment and check in inside the office. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time. The office is located in Building 5A on Via Tunisi Street, look for the building number, enter, and complete your check-in inside. Booking amendments are possible up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability. Missed check-ins or late arrivals may result in losing your reserved entry time; if you still wish to visit, a new reservation will be required. Punctuality is therefore crucial.
