Our meeting point is next to the Arc of the Carrousel (not the Arc de Triomphe at Champs-Élysées), the arch located directly opposite the Louvre Pyramid. Look for a staff member wearing a purple "Crown Tours" jacket or T-shirt, standing next to the statue on the right when facing the arch.
